- Login into the booking system
- Go to the 'Teams' page
- Look for the Groups Settings block
- Select 'Group Teams together in same game
Please note that it will only put teams together in the same game if they have the same speed setting. i.e you have 4 teams - 2 'Park Runners' and 2 'Joggers' teams. With this setting the two 'Park Runners' teams will be on the put in the same game, seperately to this game the 'Joggers' will be grouped together in to a game of their own.
PLEASE NOTE - if you are planning on taking multiple teams round London in in one big mass (we strongly suggest that you don't do this, as the game is best played as small teams), DO NOT select this setting otherwise you will be playing against each other will be fighting against each other. In this instance you want to select 'Mix teams over different games'
