Well this is up to you.
We don't have any requirements for your teams to be formed in a specific way. The only exception to this is if the team has anybody who is under 14 years old, then an adult needs to be there.
The adult in the team does have to be DBSs, however, it's up to you and your organisation rules as to whether they are a full leader or just an occasional helper.
