There are two options for checking in. You will need to be standing in the correct location to check-in. This is found by using the photo in the pack or the app.
1. Use the app; this is the primary method and the quickest as it will use GPS to pinpoint that you are in the correct location
2. If the app doesn't work, you can always call HQ, and we will check you in. If you are checking in this way, please expect a question that must be answered correctly to complete the check-in.
Important Information - For teams to start their game, when it's their start time, they MUST check in via the app or phone HQ at the start location (Jubilee Gardens/London Eye). Failing to do this will mean they will have to return to the start location again. Please don't get caught out.
